You have a 64 million budget to buy 7 countries of which you think are going to win the most points in the Fantasy Africa Cup of Nations 2019.

The Africa Cup of Nations starts with a group phase where 24 countries are divided over 6 groups of 4 countries. In their group they will play every country one time (3 matches in total). In the group phase the teams can win points in every match. If they win a match they will get 3 points and for a draw they will get 1 point.

After the group phase the best 2 or 3 countries per group will go to the so called knockout phase. For reaching the knockout phase (round 2) every country gets 2 points. See the points table for more details.

An example: Ghana wins 3 group matches in round 1. In this case Ghana will score 9 points for your team (3 x 3 points). Because they also reached the knockout phase Ghana gets another 2 points. For reaching the quarter final Ghana will get 6 points and for reaching the semi final they will get 8 points. When Ghana loses the semi-final they earned 25 points in total (9 points in the group phase and 16 points (2, 6 and 8) in the knockouts).
